IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE CANDIDATES

  1. Admission to any Undergraduate, Postgraduate, Super-Specialty(Medical), Ph.D., Postgraduate Diploma, Diploma, Yoga and Certificate Programs of BHU will be done on the basis of the Merit of the qualifying Examination as per the Admission Information Bulletin 2025 for the International Students (FSR-Bulletin 2025).
  2. Candidate must read, understand and familiarize themselves with the FSR-Bulletin 2025 available on https://www.bhu.ac.in & https://bhufsradm.samarth.edu.in
  3. Application Forms of candidates who submitted forged/fake certificates or adopted fraudulent means shall be REJECTED. Further, such candidates shall be debarred from appearing in any subsequent Registration Process by BHU, if any.

  4. Registration-cum-Apply for any Programs of BHU is based on valid Passport Number for all applicants except Nepal and Bhutan (Applicants from the Nepal and Bhutan countries may use National Identity Proof), therefore candidate must have a valid Passport Number and functional email ID to carry forward the admission related communication.
  5. Applicants should have scanned copies (in JPEG or PDF format) of their passport-size photograph, signature, and all required academic mark sheets and certificates ready. Additionally, they must prepare Character, Transfer, and Migration Certificates relevant to the program they are applying for.
  6. Before applying, the candidate must carefully check their eligibility for the program they are applying to (refer to FSR Bulletin 2025).
  7. Candidate must be prepared to pay the Registration Fee (Non-refundable) online during the registration process.

  10. Special Attention for Medical Course Candidates:
    1. Admissions to medical programs, including UG (MBBS/BDS), PG (MD/MS/MDS), and SS (DM/MCh), require candidates to appear for the corresponding NEET-UG, NEET-PG, NEET-MDS, or NEET-SS entrance exam for the year 2025, conducted by NMC/NTA-NEET UG 2025, Government of India.
    2. All candidates must qualify for the entrance examination as prescribed by the exam regulatory bodies of the Government of India. After qualifying, interested candidates should apply through the Indian Embassies in their respective countries. If deemed eligible and subject to seat availability, their admissions will be approved by the Ministry of Health—the Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS) or the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC), where applicable. The approved forms will then be forwarded to BHU for final admission processing. However, eligible candidate may proceed for registration through this portal.
    3. Therefore, applicants for UG or PG medical courses are advised to contact the Indian Embassy in their respective countries for application procedures.
    4. Eligibility and Admission Process is subject to change, as per the guidelines received from the concerned statutory body / MHRD / NMC / DCI / PCI / AICTE or any of the courts.
